What the space remover changes
Repeated spaces and tabs are collapsed to one normal space. Runs of blank lines are reduced to one line break, and leading or trailing whitespace is removed. Single line breaks are kept so a list or short paragraph structure remains readable.

When to keep line breaks instead
This tool is for cleaning whitespace while preserving the basic shape of the text. If every visual line from a PDF or email needs to become one paragraph, use the separate Remove Line Breaks tool instead. Use Remove Duplicate Lines when repeated rows, rather than spacing, are the problem.
